Never, never, never give up. - Copper Handstamped Guitar Pick Pendant

A bright, solid copper guitar pick pendant, stamped by hand with ‘Never, never NEVER give up.’  It hangs from a braided black silk cord, though we can substitute a black leather or cotton cord if you prefer.

Winston Churchill may have been a misogynist, a racist, and generally a brigand in a bowler hat, but he is also rightly remembered for being an emblem of obdurant resistance in the face of an unstoppable war machine. He rallied a nation and defied a nascent, malignant empire; not through clever tactics or superior forces, but by pure obstinacy. He cried defiance when no one else would, and it changed the world. When asked to give a speech at Harrow school in 1941, this was the advice he gave: "Never, ever, ever, ever give up. Never give up. Never give up. Never give up." Nothing worth doing is easy, so when life knocks you down, get back up, because you can't afford not to.

This pendant is modeled after a functional guitar pick. It's stamped in our handwriting font. Although we coat our copper pieces in archival wax, it will wear off with time and use, so keep that in mind if tarnish or sensitive skin are factors.
