Embrace the Gay - Aluminum Handstamped 3/8” Bracelet

A 3/8", sturdy aluminum cuff in bright silver, hand stamped with 'Embrace the gay' in my huge 1/4" caps font.

A while back, a young friend of the family came out, and after he stopped by for a visit my husband said "Wow, he's really embraced the gay." (In this day and age, I suppose it's necessary to clarify that it was a completely non-negative observation - we're all radical, homo-lovin', pinko-commie liberals over here). I thought this comment was hilarious, but I also loved its meaning.

I think we should ALL embrace the gay. Whatever it means to you -- accepting (no, EMBRACING) a friend or family member for who they are, accepting and celebrating yourself, finding the courage you need to BE yourself - this bracelet is sure to be a positive reminder.

My bracelets are adjustable, and made from pure, hypoallergenic aluminum.  A great and affordable choice for those with allergies or sensitivity to metals, aluminum is tarnish-free and won't turn your skin funny colors!  It is a soft metal, though, and if you bend it too much and too often while taking it on and off, it will eventually break. Despite this, it is surprisingly durable, and even with regular wear your bracelet should last for 2-3 years or more.
